Bradley Eyles
Brad, a commercially driven and results-oriented leader, who excels in team building, systems implementation and fostering a thriving business culture. His real estate expertise includes managing a £6.5m commercial portfolio and implementing successful short lease investment strategies to deliver excellent returns.

In the realm of commercial achievements, Brad played a pivotal role in growing Apollo Motor Group from £30m to £55m in just seven years, during which Apollo were recognised as winners of the Solent 250 Business Culture of The Year 2023. Furthermore, Brad also launched The Apollo Academy in 2018, which led to Apollo being recognised as a Top 100 UK Apprenticeship Employer in both 2020 and 2022. In addition, his leadership was further demonstrated when he played a key role in the sale of Apollo Motor Group to Steer Automotive Group, a transaction which was voted Thames Valley Large Deal of The Year (Over £50m) in 2023.
Dom Machala
Dom was honored as one of the top 3 finalists in the prestigious Young Property Investor Awards 2023. His journey in real estate is marked by a relentless pursuit of innovation and excellence.
Beginning at the age of 19, he made his first property purchase, laying the groundwork for him to personally transact over £5m in property by the age of 28. With a sharp focus on macro and microeconomics, Dom is dedicated to implementing data science and AI throughout the real estate cycle to ensure optimal financial outcomes. His specialisation lies in commercial to residential conversions.

Dom's dedication to continuous learning prompted him to pursue a RICS accredited Property Development degree, augmenting his expertise in both residential and commercial domains. Dom has since delved into a Real Estate and AI course under the tutelage of a professor from Singapore University. This endeavor fueled his passion for innovation, integrating cutting-edge technology into investment strategies.
